We provide services in person or digitally through scheduled meetings, trainings, consultations, or portal/email delivery. Upon receipt of payment and confirmation of service scope, we will coordinate delivery timelines with you.

• Digital products (such as templates, policies, toolkits, and training materials) will be delivered via secure download link/client portal or email.

• Live services (e.g., audits, strategic planning, program development) are rendered in person or through virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).

We do not ship physical products under any circumstances.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Magnate Consulting does not offer refunds for any services rendered or digital products delivered.

We are committed to transparency and excellence in delivery. Please ensure that all service and product selections are made intentionally and with full understanding of the terms before purchase.

3. Resource Reallocation or Rescheduling

If unforeseen circumstances arise, resources or service hours may be reallocated upon mutual agreement. All reallocation requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by both parties prior to implementation.

Magnate Consulting reserves the right to approve or deny any reallocation request based on service availability and contractual terms.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in service delivery or fulfillment, you must contact us in writing within five (5) business days of the scheduled delivery date. We will review your concern and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
